A delish breakfast staple that you can serve up so many different ways!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla paste
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Granola, to serve
  • Fresh berries, to serve

Instructions

  1. Add all of the chia pudding ingredients to a large container or jar.
  2. Shake the container well so that all of the ingredients combine. Place in the fridge.
  3. After 5 minutes, shake the container again and return it to the fridge.
  4. Repeat this process twice more as the chia thickens. This helps the chia seeds to soak evenly and prevents clumps from forming.
  5. Leave the pudding in the fridge to soak overnight.
  6. Serve with crunchy granola and your fave fresh fruit.
