A gut-loving bowl of goodness starring kiwifruit - a super nutritious functional food that supports digestive health.
Ingredients
For the Salad
- 3 kiwifruit, green or gold (or both!)
- 1 punnet of baby cucumbers
- Half a bunch of kale
- Half a small head of raddichio
- 2 generous handfuls of rocket
- Half a cup of almonds
Instructions
For the Probiotic Dressing
- Half a cup of kombucha (original or citrus flavour)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Juice of one lime
- Pinch of salt
